Freshness First
If the basic menu doesn't change, the tables d'hote is always updated according to market arrivals. Depending on the season, guests might choose between the ginger cantaloupe or the soup, the ostrich or the giant calamari. Sauces with exotic fruit bases add a touch of flair to such classics as beef, chicken and grilled fish. The choice of pasta is endless and each dish is topped off with a dash of fresh herbs. There is also an option where customers can choose their own pasta and gourmet sauce to make their own unique plate.
